- Construction Setting-out: Automated layout for buildings, roads, bridges and tunnels; automatic target search by robotic total stations to support single-operator field work.

- Pipeline Survey: As-built mapping of underground pipelines; works well in narrow manholes without prism reorientation.

Specifications

Crafted from high-quality K9 optical glass with precision grinding, each single prism achieves a surface angular accuracy of 5 arcseconds and a surface shape tolerance within 0.01mm. The reflective surface adopts copper-based high-reflection infrared coating tailored for 808nm and 1064nm total station laser wavelengths, boasting a reflectivity of over 92%. This professional coating features excellent water resistance and outdoor weather resistance, maintaining stable optical performance in complex field environments.
 
Equipped with dual-mode ranging accuracy, the prism delivers comprehensive positioning accuracy within ±5mm in 360° omnidirectional blind-free measurement, ideal for conventional automated surveying operations. When aligned with the marked arrow surface, it upgrades to high-precision measurement with an accuracy of ±2.0mm, fully meeting strict standards for control point re-measurement, settlement observation and structural deformation monitoring. It supports an ATR automatic tracking range of up to 600m with Leica robotic total stations and over 1000m for ordinary total stations. Strict manufacturing control ensures no-stress bonding of prism monomers, with constant drift less than 0.3mm in the temperature range of -30℃ to +60℃.
