Raw blanks

Raw optical blanks are unprocessed semi-finished optical substrates made from fused silica, optical glass, ZnS, ZnSe and infrared crystals. They feature high material purity, uniform internal structure and stable optical properties. Precisely molded to standard dimensions, these blanks reserve sufficient machining allowance for later cutting, grinding and polishing.
