Optical lens components
Spectro Optics processes a full range of standard optical materials and custom geometries for spherical lenses. We specialize in lens from 1.0 mm to 600.0 mm, singlet lens, achromatic lens cementing, thin-wall optical domes, custom irregular-shaped lenses, drilled holed lenses, spherical axicon lenses, and precise cylindrical lenses with great cost performance.
Available materials include mainstream optical glasses like Schott and Ohara, Corning and Chinese equivalent fused silica, sapphire, ZnSe, ZnS, silicon, CaF₂, BaF₂, chalcogenide glass, germanium, etc.
Custom anti-reflection (AR) coating solutions are also offered to meet bespoke application requirements.
Full precision inspection is guaranteed by professional metrology equipment, including a 6-inch ZYGO interferometer, surface profiler and spectrometer, centering error tester, projector, cold light, ensuring consistent high-quality performance for all components.

With advanced single/double-surface polishing machines, Spectro Optics offers flexible solutions: cost-effective bulk-produced protective windows and custom ultra-high-precision windows up to 600.0 mm, covering transmission applications from Deep Ultraviolet (DUV) to Far Infrared (FIR).
Our core production ensures exceptional precision: asphalt-plate single-surface polishing and multi-stage grinding-polishing deliver stable flatness of 1/10λ and surface roughness as low as 2 nm, minimizing light scattering. We provide Anti-Reflective, hydrophobic anti-fouling, ITO conductive coatings, plus metal ring encapsulation for enhanced durability in harsh conditions.
We process Silicon (Si), ZnSe, ZnS, germanium (Ge), fused silica, sapphire, and more—sapphire and fused silica windows are camera favorites for superior hardness and transmittance. Rigorous quality control includes real-time flatness monitoring via laser interferometers and surface roughness checks with white light interferometers, plus final tests for dimensional accuracy (±0.01mm), parallelism (≤5 arcsec), VIS-range transmittance (≥99.5%), and environmental reliability.

Our mirrors are manufactured using OPTORUN coating machines, integrated with advanced RF ion sources. These enable high-ion-current-density ion beam assisted deposition (IAD), ensuring dense, uniform, and adherent multilayer dielectric coatings. This advanced process achieves reflectivity exceeding 99.9% across UV, visible, and near-infrared spectra, with customized designs available for specific laser lines and incident angles.

We adopt a professional 2.0m ring polishing machine to achieve ultra-high flatness up to PV λ/20. A full range of precision processing tooling is in stock to ensure consistent angular accuracy across batches. Meanwhile, our high-precision CNC machining centers support custom special profile shaping, precision hole drilling and standardized ultra-fine chamfering for complex prism configurations.
Our seasoned optical engineers strictly control every processing parameter, including polishing abrasive grade, lapping plate pressure, rotational speed, temperature stability and workshop cleanliness, to eliminate surface defects and internal processing stress.
For metrology and quality verification, we are equipped with a 6-inch ZYGO laser interferometer to test surface flatness, beam distortion and wavefront error.
